Yes, we will have food and drinks for all participants at the end of the race at Evergy Plaza.
The half marathon event will start at 7:30AM at Evergy Plaza in the 600 block of Kansas Ave. The 5k event will start at 8:00AM at Evergy Plaza. Both races finish at Evergy Plaza.
We will run in the rain, cold or snow. However, if it is unsafe to run/walk, the race director reserves the right to cancel the race.
There will be no refunds of registration fees for the race for any reason.

Half marathon participants must maintain a pace of 16 minutes per mile or faster. Failure to do so may result in participants being asked to leave the street and move to the sidewalk or shoulder on the course, and you may have limited access to aid stations, performers or vendors, including food and drink at the finish line.

No, the streets are narrow for much of the early part of the race and the congestion is too great for participants to safely push a stroller or run with a dog. It is not recommended.
